At Brimma Tech, we believe our partners have a life out of work and a need for them to have a great work-life balance. Apart from providing a flexible hybrid model, dated January 2023, we also announced a 4-day work week for our partners. This initiative is aimed at promoting work-life balance and improving partners’ well-being while maintaining high levels of productivity and customer service. The company recognizes that the traditional 5-day work week is more of a one-sided arrangement where we ask our partners to just continuously do more.

The decision to move to a 4-day work week was made after careful consideration and analysis of the company's operations. Under the new schedule, the company will continue to offer the same benefits and pay for its partners, and it does not anticipate any changes in productivity or customer service levels.

- One extra day off per week to rest, recharge, and spend time with family and friends.
