It was a walk down memory lane for the founder and President of Brimma Tech Supree Periasamy as he visited his alma mater National Engineering College in Kovilpatti. Brimma Tech redefined recruitment on the 8th of April 2022, embarking on a one of a kind recruitment drive by inaugurating the Brimma innovation center at Kovilpatti

For Supree this was more than just recruitment. It was an emotional journey of sorts. Supree remembers how his journey started with graduating from NEC followed by his two-year stint in Mumbai. His struggle was real and he had difficulties in communicating and finding the right opportunity to create his path.

Looking at the future generation he wishes to pay forward to his alma mater by being a role model. Brimma wishes to bring in fresh young talent who carry the Passion, Drive and Perseverance. Brimma Tech had a 3-day interview with the students which turned out to be an interactive knowledge transfer session. Unlike regular campus recruitment drives, Brimma saw the ease with which the students were able to break the ice and communicate.

Brimma will be providing training on US mortgage technology and domain skills for one year as part of their engineering degree program and rolled onto a full time role as part of the Engineering Team at Brimma. In addition to this, Brimma will also be providing interpersonal skills training which will prepare students for the real world. Brimma is redefining recruitment by offering a platform for students to join us as interns and explore a variety of opportunities.

The vision is to leave a legacy for the next generation by molding and equipping them to handle the real-time scenarios. Brimma is excited to have them on board and thereby pay it forward.
